I checked in on Kaitlynn's nap progresss... this is what I saw. I promised Kaitlynn that after her nap I would run thru the sprinklers with her, so she layed out her swimsuit so she could be ready soon after waking up! Her prince charming (daddy) woke up 'snow white' too. Chad was gone all weekend with his Warrent Officer School so she was pretty excited to get up after her nap.
Joshua is wearing John's outfit! He is growing fast and is a good baby!
On Mother’s Day weekend we headed out for our first camping trip of the season. My mom stayed with us in the tent trailer and Mike and Crystal had their own tent. We had a great time relaxing. It was a very nice campground. It was the only campgroud that I ever stayed in that I could hear trains! (Three Island Crossing is in the town of Glenns Ferry~I guess a good place for trains!) We got to use almost all of our amenities in our trailer. Kaitlynn was wearing some of Chad’s cowboy clothes from when he was a boy. We got up early to take in some of the views, Kaitlynn and Grandma were checking out the fox and deer across the valley. Uncle Mike was the preferred swinger…Kaitlynn wouldn’t let anyone except Mike push her… Kaitlynn loves her swing and Uncle Mike.
May 3rd Chad and Doug packed up their motorcycles and went for a spin. I think they went to Blacks Creek Trail. (about 1 hr east of our house) They had a great time getting familiar with their bikes and trying some different terrain. Ask Doug and Chad to tell you some stories!! ;-)
Any chance Kaitlynn gets she wants to hold Joshua. She just adores him.
Joshua is pushing Chad away with his feet, he is interacting more often and flashing smiles!
